Fossil energy is part of the needs people in any country, including Indonesia. The need for fossil increasing day by day. Therefore, efforts were made to find alternative raw materials from non-food sector manufacture ethanol. Cellulose material has potential as an One wastes that can be used Arabica coffee skin. This study aims determine effect concentration crude cellulase enzyme on sugar and ethanol content fermented husk using Zymomonas mobilis which produces highest mobilis. research experimental with independent variables, namely enzymes, 0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10%, 12.5%, 15%, 17.5% (V/V), dependent variable hydrolysis results analyzed regression test, ANOVA, Duncan's test. addition Bacillus subtilis influence increase bioethanol husks P6 treatment (concentration 15%) was 0.93 g/mL. levels P4 (crude 10%) 4.46%.
